Default Replaceable ally? Feedback on destruction?

Hello!

So I've been thinking about the Gremlin Drone from XCOM 2. I always pictured it as customizable drone that requires specialized training, and may have arcane requirements in it's construction, but may nevertheless be rebuilt if destroyed (it never happens in XCOM 2, but I can figure a bad guy shooting the drone). It also may have a neural interface, given how it is used.

So, assuming my "Gremlin have a neural interface" theory is correct, it would justify why specialists can only use one Gremlin, and a common thing with neural interface in fiction is feedback, and indeed there is feedback with another item in XCOM 2, called the Skulljack.

So, if the drone could be replaced if destroyed, but it's destruction caused some kind of feedback, what kind of modifier would it add to the "Ally" advantage?

Thanks!

"replaced if destroyed" is basically Powers 41 alternative version of "Summonable"

If they’re killed, the summoner must wait a full day to call replacements.
The drawbacks of conjuring entities with no memory of or devotion to the summoner
offset the benefits of being able to replace slain Allies

If instead of waiting a day (no-effort) and then spending a paltry concentrate maneuver to get your ally back, you actually need to spend that day rebuilding them... well, "Preparation Required" only goes up to 8 hours on B114... does anyone know any versions which require even more prep than that?

You'd probably also need "Accessibility: requires material components -10%"

Re "destruction caused some kind of feedback" how different are you wanting this to be from B38's "Sympathy -25%" limitation for Allies?

Thanks for sending me to that. I guess a backlash that causes light (1D) Toxic damage and a mother of all migraine that shuts down every Paranormal Mental advantage and inflicts Terrible Pain for 1D hours when the drone is destroyed would be appropriate... No idea what that would be worth.

The "Aftermath" limitation could cover most of that, but that normally works any time you shut down an ability, not just when it's shut down against your will. If it's possible to avoid Aftermath limitations (they're half value when they hit you after you turn it off rather than immediately when you turn it on) by voluntarily deactivating an ability, it should be worth a smaller discount, not sure to what degree though.
