I allow that too. Easing yourself slowly to the floor and crawling, or staggering very slowly along using a wall or the like for support seems fair in an out of combat situation. Likewise, I'd allow slow, quiet conversation, but not yelling warnings or orders.

Bear in mind that this makes High Pain Threshold much more valuable, and Low Pain Threshold even worse than it already is. In my experience HPT is a bargain at its current price already, and I've never seen someone take Low Pain Threshold.
