light of heaven is too diffuse in heaven itself to do that, just does that in Tethers.

Anything I missed on questions?

It will still toast them eventually, you just have more time than at a Tether.

Yup. And as Heaven & Hell mentions, demons in Heaven have to deal with two problems right away, even beyond the warm n' toasty situation:

1) Unless you've got something outside the usual rules like Kronos' ability to cloak you, stealth ain't gonna happen. The alarm is going off from the moment you set foot in the blessed place.
2) Everything in your nature is screaming GET AWAY! It takes a major act of Will for a demon to stay in Heaven longer than a few minutes, tops, before they reflexively bail out.

So really, you don't have THAT much time to scorch 'em in Heaven. It can be done, as William says, but it's more efficient to use the magnifying glass of a Tether.
