who uses Transhuman Space to juice up their cyberpunk?

I personally found cyberpunk a little lacking on the space side. adding transhuman space to the mix makes a better game and gives more detail and flavor.

I've only had a chance to run a couple sessions of THS, however, I love the idea of making it a little more cyberpunky. Or, perhaps making my cyberpunk a little more THSy. De-emphasize nations, emphasize corps and organized crime. Keep the bioware, but make cyberware the street alternative.

A simple option is to assume that given the commodity and effectiveness of advanced medicine, violent crime gets weaker punishment than economic crimes (ruining someone's credit rating can have far bigger effects in ThS than blowing a leg off).

You up the violence level - in fact, it could get quite horrific with few deaths but lots of pain 'n all - I suppose, just take your queue from how dark the book artwork is and assume everyone is a sadistic spoilt child with serious mental issues (cultivated for status), and that any crime can be 'resolved' if you can pay the fine for the cleanup...

Or maybe the city state model results in a city-dwelling legally untouchable minority who prey upon the outlying mini-villages. So long as they fly below the level of Federal crime, they could get away with a lot....
