A question about the Bear Totem. Spirit Vessel Advantage:

Accessibility, requires donning the skin of a bear, -5%

Lets suppose the skin can be removed by force or destroyed by magic (acid, fire, entropy, ....). It is big (sm 0).The skin of the bear can be also stolen by force. The stolen skin can not be used by the thief.

Do all of these conditions quallify for an additional -50% discount as per Basic p. 117?

I think those limitations assume one particular object not easily replaced is required, whereas here, any bear skin will do-- it's basically "requires material components", which I'm pretty sure Powers prices at -5%.

Those limitations are applicable to an item built as an advantage. This is an advantage that requires an item to work, so that doesnt apply here. ANY bear skin will do.
