So we have two more releases (including maybe an early Pyramid?), then nothing until next year.

I'm pretty sure that Pyramid will be out on the 19th. It's almost a week before Christmas.

Speculation for the last few weeks:

Tomorrow is 40% Car Wars, 40% Low-Tech Armor, 20% DF 16.

If tomorrow is Car Wars of DF 16, the 12th is Low-Tech Armor.

If tomorrow is Low-Tech Armor, then the 12th is a coin toss between Car Wars and DF16.

Thus, I'm certain that Low-Tech Armor will be out in the next two weeks based on Kromm's blog, while I give 60/40 Car Wars/DF 16 for the other release.

I think "Cart Wars" was a sidebar in GURPS Autoduel on this very concept.

I'm not sure if we've seen any official notice of when the SJG offices will be closed this year. In previous years, the SJG offices have been closed for 2 full weeks over Christmas, and that has usually been the week before and the week of Christmas - which would mean no release on the 19th.
Whether Christmas and New Year being the Wednesday would shift that we don't know yet.

Excellent point. I went back to 2008, and the latest release in December in those years was on the 18th. In 2007, there was a release on the 19th, but I'm not sure how well we can count on that because there was also a release on the 27th, and the current incarnation of Pyramid didn't exist then. (The tradition of Thursday releases wasn't fully established in 2007—there was a Friday release on the 7th.)

Thus, we're only assured of getting Pyramid. For which we should be thankful, but I'd sure like a little extra stocking stuffer.
