There are some additional English promo cards that haven't yet been mentioned:

FANTASY MUNCHKIN

Mystic Correspondence
Evil Stevie Changes the Rules*
John Kovalic Draws a Wandering Monster

MUNCHKIN CTHULHU

Cult Membership Card*
Evil Ted (yes, a cameo from the unreleased game)
Cultist (unique artwork - otherwise normal)
My Little Cthulhu (John's posted artwork is for this one)
Igor Ichor (with Igor from Dork Tower)

* Not designed to be mixed in with the deck -- more of a pseudo-bookmark that you pull out of your pocket and use when appropriate.

I hadn't heard of those new ones! Where did the Mystic Correspondence and John Kovalic Draws a Wandering Monster cards come from? Where these convention cards, or were they in recent magazines?

Thanks!

They're just handouts. I don't know that any promo cards have been in any mags for a while. As always, promo cards in magazines would probably garner an announcement on the Daily Illuminator.

I've finally seen these. I was explaining ESCtR and JKDaWM to one of my newer Munchkin players and the first question she had was "Anyone named Steve Jackson/John Kovalic? Or do I need an exact DNA match?" She's taken to being a Munchkin like a duck to water.

To keep this a little more on topic: Has anyone heard of/seen any GBM promo cards?

I had Steve Jackson, OSU football player, now a running back, sign my shirt.
It works...

if his name is Steve Jackson, it seems likely that he has founded a games company at some point, if you go by the law of averages...

I have heard of GBM promo cards, if reading the concept of GBM promo cards in your post counts as hearing of GBM promo cards...

I don't remember any. That doesn't mean that there aren't any, though.
