What do you mean with promo cards?

American:
Step-and-a-Half and Mug the Shopkeeper and were created as pure promo cards.

Then there was Heart of the Anomaly which was created for a convention.

Now with the Munchkin Rigged Demo Deck we have 36 more pure promo cards, or maybe 4, depending on how you want to count them.
Although 3 of those are Munchkined Blender cards.

Dutch:
Then there is a Dutch card made as a promo, but it has a different backside.

German:
The German Sammlerbox has a load (16 IIRC) promo cards.

New unique cards
Futhermore, the Dutch, German, Italian, and Hebrew Munchkin sets contain new cards, but these aren't strictly promo cards, s they are part of the sets themselves.

But there is some trouble with Hebrew. I dont know their language. Please, give a reference to that 2 Hebrew Promo Cards.
