Re: Kickstarter - Ogre Miniatures Set 1
Well, yeah. :)
I just wasn't expecting three sets of minis to be included in such a package. I expected just one normal, one reverse, plus Ogre 6th and the Reinforcements. To have three...plus the retailer posters...is fantastic!

Re: Kickstarter - Ogre Miniatures Set 1
well, I swore no more SJ kickstarters until all the ODE stuff got delivered, but this might be too good to pass up...
question about the green and black dice, the picture shows one green PAN / green Comb / black PAN / black Comb. Is that how they are going to come, I kinda like the way the red / blue ones are faction specific. sorry if this was already covered and I missed it, there are a lot of pages to sort thru... Brett |

Re: Kickstarter - Ogre Miniatures Set 1
The green/black dice are already made in that way, so it's just selling on KS what is already for sale in W23.

Re: Kickstarter - Ogre Miniatures Set 1
I was already in for $150, so the new reward tier is pretty great for me.
...and it just hit me that Ogre 6e and Reinforcements are critical products so that we can see ODE expansions. Without them, SJ Games would be producing supplements to a game that only a few thousand people bought, so distributors and stores have little reason to order them. With the new games, now even people who missed ODE can get in on the fun of new units, maps, and what have you. |

We want and need Ogre to grow. We appreciate those of you who have been fans for decades. I certainly fit that description. But Ogre needs new blood, new players. It is our responsibility to be advocates of the game, to encourage others to play the game, and hopefully love the game as much as we do. That will result in steady, on-going support for our beloved game. Market forces are powerful tools. So I charge each of you to be emissaries of Ogre. We know it is an amazing game system - does everyone you play with realize how much fun it is too? D.

I love Ogre so much that I bought a copy of Munchkin Grimm Whatever at Walgreens to support the cause.
