Default Review my Rat swarms please

I made a couple of different rat swarms, can anyone critique them and see if I should adjust the stats and or add anything to them please?

Name: Rat Swarm (12 rats)
Occupies: 1 Hex
HP: 6
DMG: 1d Cut
Move: 4G, 1W
Reach: C – Attacks everyone in its hex on its turn.

Notes:
Diffuse target.
If player is damaged, at end of encounter roll vs HT, on fail player is diseased.

Name: Massive Rat Swarm (60 rats)
Occupies: 4 Hex
HP: 24
DMG: 1d Cut
Move: 4G, 1W
Reach: C – Attacks everyone in its hex on its turn.

Notes:
Diffuse target.
If player is damaged, at end of encounter roll vs HT, on fail player is diseased

Despite ignoring your PCs' "level" and the effects of the disease, at first I would change the rats' attack type to "small piercing +2" instead of "cutting"; because IMO small piercing+2 along the infection could be more solid against enemies with armor.

And I think rats should have a better move score, at least 5 on ground and 3 on water. Otherwise, the average player could outrange them easily. Finally I would give them the clinging advantage to make them more threatening (especially against guys on high grounds).

What is the SM for them?
Do they have Night Vision? Camouflage?
