Default Orcs and Curses

Greetings to everybody...I'm new in this forum...

I'd like to know how you play with Orcs.

If an Orc is in level one, Can an Orc use his power to remove a curse?, or, he has to be in level 2 or greater?

Thanks

No, since the Orc card explicitly states that an Orc can't use the power if he's already at Level 1.

Orc opens a door and there's a curse. Which cards/actions can be played by him or by the other players while he’s still thinking on should he pay a level to avoid the curse?
For example, there’s a GUL card that takes a level from your opponent and gives it to you. Can I play this card on the orc in this moment? Note, that if he’s got level 2 and I play this card, he won’t be able to avoid the curse anymore.

Your action can’t interrupt his Curse resolution. Regardless of what he does, his Curse goes off before any card you would play.
