After watching several episodes of Ben 10 on TV, it occurred to me that the "Upgrade" character and Kyriotates of Lightning had very similar powers. So...what if Jean actually had a smallish cadre of Dominations called "Upgrades", armed with the relevant Songs of Lightning and Machines? They'd have to be extremely careful about making their improvements too flashy or obvious, but I can definitely imagine Jean sending an Upgrade in when a Soldier was working alone in some situation crucial to the War. (Just a bit of flavor for those Divine Interventions!)
