I have, in fact, had people exhibit surprise at learning that we have forums. I am not sure why. Nearly every company in existence seems to have forums linked from their front page, and there has been a "Forums" button on our front page since we implemented these forums. Perhaps people think it calls up a CCTV feed of the market in the back lot.
