Imho, the power pool should be "Universal", given its level of flexibility.

Enhancement - Transcendent (describes a power that exceeds normal limitations)

Power source - Cosmic (Describes the source as the inherent energies of the Universe)

Modular ability - Universal (Describes the unique flexibility of the pool)

Why are you looking for special terms? That just asks for trouble. It should Enhancement: Rules Exemption
Enhancement: Ignores Defense
Power Source: setting-specific, should not have an official name.
Modular Ability: nothing (it is simplest to just say that the default state of a modular ability is that it can be used for anything).
