It's not an "official Launch Party", but AFAIK the first con featuring Ogre on the East Coast will be Rising Star 22, in Bluefield, WV, October 25 & 26. I'll be carrying and/or expressing at least one of my copies back from the Launch Party in Austin, and running Ogre in the gaming track the very next weekend.

Feel free to ask me about the con; it's a great deal for anyone within driving distance, at $5 for the weekend. (I had hoped to have a custom localized map and scenario ready, but considering how late everything is and various other factors, I'll probably stick to pre-playtested stuff for this year.)

Don't kick yourself too much.
The one in Austin is the only place to pick up your game early, and so far I havn't heard about any of the folks who worked on the game making apreaneces at either of the other two parties.

I think the two unofficial ones are recent developments.

Then why are all the Original Conventional Units artwork the Paneuro designs? :-)

Next time, we have to make time to play together, Al.

Hi all, I will be there.

Does anyone know if we want to play, do we have to unpack our box?

Second, does anyone want to attempt to combine a couple of boxes and have a multi-division level battle?
