Default Reflective defense for a power game

I wanted to build a power that stopped missile innate attack, such as a fire ball, and returned them at the enemy.

I was thinking about buying Neutralize with power theft, interruption (from psionic powers) and reflexive. The thing is that power Theft cost way to much and its effect is far to strong for what i am planning. I wanted to use the attacking spell only once, not acquire it.

There is a hard cap to DR and enemies often have DR divisor, thus making reflexive DR not very affective.

On an unrelated note, parrying with innate attack with the melee limitation hurts my hand in any way?l Do i have to pay the normal FP for the attack while parrying?

DR with Reflection is the way this is normally done.

As for the IA with the melee weapon enhancement, think of it as a weapon conjured up by the mind. IAs don't have an FP cost unless you add one.

There is no hard cap on DR in RAW. However, you could try DR with both Forcefield +20% and Hardened in addition to Reflection.

You could try building a IA for Super Parry and give it an offensive limitation for only does as much damage a you parried on the same or a prior turn.
If your Gm has a DR cap he probably has a damage cap too but this could work.

If Armor Divisor hurts your Reflective DR, that makes Hardened a good buy.
