I have the double ace box, and all 4 vehicle boxes. Do I need anything else to get all cards available?

Uncle Al's Upgrade Pack came with some pledge levels that included the Double Ace box, but is not part of the box itself.

That, Miniatures Set #2 & #4, and Playmat #1 are the currently released products that have additional cards in them.

There's also a set of promo character cards, but those have the same stats as the regular versions (just different illustrations).
