Well, now that it's officially a rule in Psionics and I can't find it on P. Kitty's website, I don't remember how much the limitation was worth. Anyone want to remind me?

Jeopardy Champ [4] (Modular Abilities: Super-Memorization (Mental) (5+ 5 slots * 3 points per slot = 20), One Perk Only: Dabbler (-50%), Maximum Duration 30 minutes (-25%), Nuisance: -1 reaction geek-stereotype while in use (-5%).

Further description: Reduces the character's default penalty by 3 in up to 40 mental skills simultaneously.

Basic Shooter; Piercing Damage (5/d), Requires DX (or IQ) Roll -10%, Takes Time 1sec -10%, All-Out -25%, Minimum Range 5yds -10%, Nuisance: Stains clothes near point of discharge (-5%) (Net -60%) [2xp/D damage or 2 points damage per 1 XP cost.]

One-point Reaction Bonus? I'll take 10! [10], Charisma +10 (50), Sense Based: Vision -20%, Takes Immediate Prep 1min (getting in character and adjusting makeup) -30%, Max Duration 1hr -10%, 4 times/day -20%, net -80%).

*Edit: Hmm... I originally thought of this as a gimmick for a merchant or con-man, but if the original character already had Fit and Combat Reflexes, these 20 points would be enough to buy Weapon Master (One-type).

I've assumed that the effects of this would be permanent, although it isn't stated in the description of the cosmetic limitation. It certainly doesn't appear to be overpowered for the cost.

You can instantly shine, patina, discolor, or make any number of cosmetic changes to up to 10 lbs of silver and gold per the Control ability. This might be nice for thieves who want to change the appearance of stolen goods, or for Dungeon Delvers who need to make old items pretty again to increase resale value.
Control Silver and Gold 1 (Rare, Cosmetic -80%)

Here's another for Challenge #2:

Preview [10], Clairsentience (50), Vision only -10%, 2/day -30%, Takes 2 seconds -20%, Takes Recharge 15 sec. -20%, Temp Disad: Must look thru circled fingers (One Hand, One Eye, Restricted Vision Lvl1) -45%, Nuisance: Conspicuous behaviour -5%, Time-Spanning (One Direction) +50%, Net -80%.

And you could add this along with it if you want to be nasty:

Nasty Surprise [2/level], Create: Plutonium (5/level), Timespanning (One direction, Requires Use of timespanned Clairvoyance -20%) +40%, All-out -25%, 2 times/day -30%, Requires 1 hour prep -40%, Costs 1 more fatigue +5%, Net -60%.

Sniper's Chameleon Visual Shield Pack [4]
This small backpack allows the wearer to activate it to use the Chameleon ability to gain a +8 to Stealth for 1 hour or until the user moves, whichever is sooner. To activate the pack, the user must sit still for 1 minute while the pack scans the area and begins to project the Chameleon Visual Shield around them and any items they carry up to Light encumbrance. Once the hour is up, or the pack resets due to movement, the system reboots and cannot rescan the area again for 5 minutes. The pack can only be used for 6 hours each day. This depletes the battery, which must then be recharged with the solar panel included with the device. This invention has been implemented in war mainly by snipers and spies during wartime, but other uses can be found by a creative team.
Chameleon 4 (Can Carry Items up to Light Encumbrance +20%; Accessibility: Only while not moving -10%; Gadget: Breakable, DR 2, SM -6 -30%; Gadget: Can be Stolen, Must be Forcefully Removed -10; Immediate Preparation Required: 1 minute -30%; Maximum Duration: 1 hour -10%; Limited Use: 6/day -10%)

Control only lasts while you concentrate. You'd have to add Persistent and Extended Duration, Permanent to make it permanent.

Limited Use and Maximum Duration can't be mixed. The latter can only be used on an ability which you could normally leave on all the time, which doesn't apply to an ability with Limited Use.
