I've seen stone doors (not that they're common).

In a setting with metal permeable spells or abilities, I'd think that composites would become vital everywhere security is a concern (real or perceived). There's also the possibility of some plating (or paneling, or blocks) being somehow "warded" to resist passage of somebody even with such spells.

Stone doors just make me immediately think of two instances of giant rocks in front of caves. Odysseus on the island of cyclopes and Jesus' temporary tomb.

My first thought was pyramids.

Interesting. Though I thought being made as permanent tombs, their doors weren't meant to ever be opened making them more last moment walls than doors per se.
But D&D fiction at least is so full of pyramid dungeon delves, it makes perfect sense.

Many of the tombs of the Pharos were pragmatically made to be opened, so the tomb police could go in and check on everything, and repair damage.

Even low tech walls had metal reinforcement. Some used lead as mortar, and some natives in South America poured copper into voids in stonework to pin the stones together.
