Default Heaven and Hell; schools, restaraunts, and shopping malls.

One of the Curious things about In nomine, is the way both Heaven and hell, both reflect earth.

I thought I'd try putting my thinking cap on and see what these various things look like in their respective reflections.
Heres a few ideas

Shopping Mall's.

Shal Mari: Likely has several dens of the most odious vice, and degradation, with everything for sale.

The Celestial City: might have one or two, be sparkly clean, and offer mementos, and such. existing mostly to help ease the transition for newly departed Blessed by giving them a frame of Reference.

Marcs Realm: likely very bustling with any wholesome thing you can imagine available at a fair price.... though a fair price for some things could be almost prohibitively high in essence.

Hmmmn just a point of mental exercise, how might a bakery, in "the halls of Creation" and one in Haagenti's Realm be notably different?

In the Halls of Creation, customers are not in danger of becoming ingredients.

Unless you count getting doused in chocolate or melted cheese and then having somebody lick said substance off, and that's a entirely consensual activity........*ducks*

Similar question

If subject ever arises, how difficult/Hard should it be to obtain Celestial property?

Cant help but imagine how much fighting Nybass or mammons followers do over the best penthouses.

In Heaven, one can find a lovely little patch, sufficient for one's needs and pleasing to one's tastes, pretty much anywhere. And it'll still be there for you even after you've been on Earth for decades.

In Hell, one is squeezed into the smallest and worst possible property imaginable - if one can obtain something of one's own at all. And don't turn around or somebody'll take it from you.

As long as you are OK with the pre-installed cameras, security system back doors, death traps and essence drainers hidden so well you will never find them.

It's an example of the difference between selflessness and selfishness.

Theoretically, everyone in Heaven is selfless - they'll happily let you have what you need.

Theoretically, everyone in Hell is selfish - they'll take what you can't hold onto. (Mammon canonically fosters this attitude with his Dissonance conditions.)

So, yes, your Baron can probably have his suite, since he's got the connections and the raw power to fend off lesser contenders -- he can "hold onto" it with an iron grip. But even he has to hope that someone bigger doesn't suddenly decide to want his patch of brimstone.
