Alien Species

I have been trying to find every resource for writeups for aliens for GURPS and there is at least one that I cannot find.

The books are covered, there is a website however that listed some. I think "Beth" (name maybe wrong) wrote a bunch of them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? (I have tried Google, I have tried forum searches, I have tried the GURPS resource page, I cannot find it...)

Even though I've said that most things are covered, feel free to post comments about sources as I wouldn't mind covering all of them in this thread...

GURPS Uplift has a great (3E) system for creating realistic alien races, and I don't know but I think it may have been reprinted/updated in 4E Space.

It's been approximated, but not reproduced, in Space 4E. There's more variety of ur-species in Uplift, plus a system of moving them from beasts to sentient aliens.
