You're confusing me with the talk of "ally". Are you talking about the sub-topic of abusability I thought we had shelved, the cybershells (which I still haven't looked over), a placeholder for the N/A concept, or something else?

The immunities are the idea (that I have assumed for the N/A concept) that not having an attribute makes you immune to effects that target that attribute.
