Trap Question
My friends and I were playing the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set.
I got hit with a trap. "Trap That Was Expensive Lose Your Best Item" I interpreted "Best" to mean highest gold value because the card also had the word "Expensive" My friends said that "Best" was the highest combat bonus. There are definitely traps from other sets that have both of these effects so it really could go either way. Since they were all in agreement we went with their interpretation for that game, but I told them I would be following up on it. |

Re: Trap Question
Generally, "best" refers to combat bonus, not price. In the absence of any other clues, that's what I'd go with.
However, since the title specifically says "expensive," I think in this case you have to assume it's the Item worth the most GP.

Re: Trap Question
Hi can you clarify if the traps in marvel are the same as curses in all other munchkin games. ie they effect the munchkin immediately but do not end your turn unless they say so? thanks appreciate it.
