Default Monster Enhancers Vs. Use Once Only Cards

What is the difference between the two? I thought they could be the same thing. Enraged +5 to monster is a usable only once card, but isn't it also considered to be a Monster Enhancer?

The "....Of Love" card has instructions for both "enhancers" and "one-use only cards". I wasn't sure which cards were which.

Monster enhancers are not one-shot cards as meant by that rule term, which generally refers to Treasures, not Doors.
