Illuminati help in Utah?

I am new to Illuminati game. My little group get the basic concept and can attack a group but we don't know how to neutralize or transferable power or where the alignments come into play. I have not seen a good play through on the internet. Does anyone have a link to one? Anyone live in Northern Utah and would like to play/teach us?
