But, what type of game are GM's planning for Discworld? Something that follows some book? Like a tourist and a failed wizard? Or maybe something like CSI: Ankh Morpork?
When I ran a Discworld campaign, it was about the Lancre Watch, as King Verence tried again to modernize his tiny remote kingdom. That provided room for a lot of comedy and some serious subtexts, which I thought had the proper Pratchettian flavor.

I don't know if it's an issue with just my copy or something people generally are having.
My covers are fine. The paper of the book itself is slightly warped, but that's a natural result of the book being shipped to me during some very damp weather. The inside of my home is very dry due to forced heat so it's already recovering.

I just completed my long (3,000 word!) review of Discworld Roleplaying Game on my blog. Short version: a very good product, excellent for some audiences and worth exploring for others.

I wrote a review: http://www.letthedicefall.com/2017/0...me-review.html

I am a little nervous sharing it. I wanted some miles under my belt before I started sharing my posts on my blog. I'm not a writer (I'm good at the maths) so keep that in mind while reading it! I'm submitting a version to RPG.net and will post on TheRPGSite as well.

Also if anybody is in Milwaukee I'm running a demo in a few weeks.

...
There are reviewers who are good at polished prose and reviewers who are good at analytical discussion. Both types of reviews are useful.

Thanks for the review!

I will be posting a review of Discworld on my blog next week. (Which means I should really finish reading it this weekend...)

Esdevium and Leisure games release sheets for next week show it as being available in the UK:

http://www.esdeviumgames.com/wp-cont...017-__-WEB.pdf

https://leisuregames.com/collections...january?page=2

So it should be in the shops on the 11th.
