Agreed. There are several differences between the two games -- and they are two completely different games -- that attempting to blend them will be an exercise in frustration.

I recommend people play MQ as published before trying anything unusual. There's a lot of variety in the core game, and expansions will only further diversify the options and interactions between cards/tiles/links.

I agreed there. Don't try to blend them. But I'll try to make new MQ cards based on the munchkin cards I created. Just have to rewrite them to the MQ format.
