Default Spaceships, Crew and special bonus

Ok, I am creating an adventure where the players will have a special spaceship. This spaceships grows and changes during the adventure using an almost mystical tech. The players also will need to recruit crew members (in fact, the main growth factor of the ship is the number of special crew members that will resonate with the ship growth device, I can explain this later but is not relevant)

That said, the main topic is somewhat unrelated to the ship growth system. MY concept is that each type of crewmember would give a conditional passive bonus, sometimes this bonus will show in the missions and most of the times those bonuses will change the space trips.

Example: A counselor help the chip crews keep their mental health in check so it will give a bonus to the self-control rolls. To get this bonus the counselor will need to do a periodic roll to know if in a certain period of time the crew are healthy (it can even do an individual roll to each player)
A barman or a musician could give a bonus to the counselor-mental health rolls
A medic could raise the crew recovery rate, and so on.
