Heck I pretty much figured it out without having seen the series (just briefly checked the discussions on the board) just based on that. It was what I would have guessed at anyway.

That's pretty much all I was guessing on too.

Given that I seem to have guessed first I'll continue it:

Invisible (seemly always; Psionic)
Innate Attack 28d+2 impaling (Melee; Psionic Knife)
Status 7 (Among Own Tribe)
Ally (Human Rebel)
Stubborn

I'll add hints if it's too vague :)

This is a pure guess .. But something along the lines of Tassadar comes to mind .. Don't really know if Tassadar was a Dark Templar, but I sure think he learnt some of those powers anyway. Thinking of the high status and being an ally with Raynor (whom was something of a rebel).

And Dark Templar are always invisible in the game, even if in the cut-scenes and dialogue screens, you can see them perfectly well.

A mild version of Guilt Complex would probably be fitting as well.

The character is question would have a lot of military skills, but I only list a few that seems to be the most common in use. I also added a few civilian skills that should offer a good hint.

Leadership
Tactics (Infantry)
Teaching
Sports (Baseball)
