Winter Autoduelling
On Christmas Eve Day, I have been thinking of Steel on Ice: Winter Autoduelling in ADQ 5/3. I realized that mini-supplement did not include an important item: A Snow-Making Machine commonly found in skiing areas. A Snow-Making Machine would quickly create road hazards and targeting modifiers for snow. :o)
Warehouse 23 - Autoduel Quarterly Vol. 5, No. 3 Winter 2037 (Winter 1987) http://www.warehouse23.com/products/...mber-5-slash-3 The former CAADA chapter AVRO had some useful items for winter autoduelling on its Web site. SWAT HQ - AVRO Equipment Locker https://www.seanet.com/~owenmp/avro-1999/equip.html Issue 3 of High Velocity Duelling (HVD) Magazine was an issue dedicated to Antarctica, and included special rules for operating on that frozen continent, including equipment to protect vehicles against the extreme cold of Antarctica.

Ice Droppers were bad enough; fortunately, no one ever developed an Ice Grenade, or Ice rounds for the Streamers. I think we had quite enough... [sunglasses] ...ICE-CAPADES. B)

Re: Winter Autoduelling
Growing up in North Dakota, simulating icy driving conditions was the *last* thing we wanted! Our battles were always in clear, sunny 72 degree weather!
