Hi Everyone,

The monster repository will be dropping this GURPSday (Thursday), but before it does I am really hoping some helpful people will enter in some monsters! So far some users have shared their pc and npc creations, but we only have one monster shared so far, and really need more!

This feature aspires to be the largest, most organized community-driven monster repository for GURPS available, but for that to happen the community will need to share their creations!

How you can help

1. Create your monster in gca or gcs
2. Upload to GURPS Calculator
3. Go to qa.gurpscalculator.com
4. On the characters screen, hit the wrench icon for that monster.
5. Add some tags (such as "monster" and "diffuse")
6. Tick off the "public" checkbox
7. Hit save

Doing this will help the monster database have a large number of entries on release day and impact the success of the feature so that everyone can benefit! You will still be able to add monsters once the feature is public, of course, but it would be incredibly helpful if you could add a few before launch day so that the monster database can be successful.

Even if you can only submit one, it would be incredibly generous of you. Thank you!

EDIT: And I have to remember to update the species line before uploading them. *facepalm*

I'm noticing that GCA characters with natural DR and equipped armor are showing no special DR on the protection page.

Also, is there a way to edit the page without totally re-uploading the character? Like if all I want to do is fix a bolixed race? :P Or to attach a picture?

Yea, GCA DR is a known bug. I have to get on that.

As for reuploading, yup. Unfortunately that's how it is at the moment. I completely rely on GCS/GCA for all the character editing. Very very tentative plans in the future to allow some sort of editing on my side, but the implications of doing that and how to sync the changes back to gcs/gca (or forever lose them if the pc is overwritten) is scaring me off.
