Looking through my tiny collection I've found some more cards, coming with different dice, which you have not listed yet:

With "Holidazed" come:
- Boxing Day (D)

- Curse! Holidazed (D)

- Ghost of Christmas Future (D)
- Ghost of christmas Past (D)
- Sandal Clause (D)
- Secret Santa (D)
- Shake your Presents (D)
- Wassail (T)
there are a couple more but these also come with "Munchkin Surprise"

With the "Fairy Dice" come:
- Fae Ray
- Fairy Berries
- Fairy Duster
- Fairy Scary
all 4 are Fairy Spell, so neither door nor treasure

With the 10-Sided dice came:
- Dark (3x) (D)
- High (3x) (D)
- Master (3x) (D)
- Reloaded Die (3x) (T)
- Narrow Minded (D)
- Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies (D)
all are B/W but otherwise the same as in "Munchkin Reloaded!"

I also found 2 more cards but cannot remember, how I got them:
- Curse! Lead Paint
- Curse! Warranty Expires
both are the same as in "Monster Enhancers" but B/W. I believe I got them with my very first set of Boxes of Holding for I have two sets of boxes but only one set of cards. For those who know the icons: there is a little rectangle with wings and a halo.

To be clear, this is the old set of 10-sided Munchkin Dice, not any of the recent ones. Really, these belong under Reloaded! or Game Changers now; they haven't been available in this format for a decade.

Also wanted to confirm, for those curious, that they DO have the Monster Box icon, and not their original icons.

I wanted to add that the Munchkin Valentine's Box also contains the same cards as the Halloween & Christmas Monster Boxes. They are identical in every respect.

I don't work for SJ Games so I couldn't speak to that with any authority, but the Christmas Box is available from some online retailers (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a specific link).
