Seeking Kromm Post: Orcish Sawtooth +1 injury/-1 reactions, +0 CF

I'm seeking a link to a Kromm post in regard to orcish sawtooth weapons being +1 to injury and -1 to reactions in town for +0 CF. I'm aware of the canonical Orcish Sawtooth Blades from Treasures 1: Glittering Prizes, p. 20.

The forum software won't let me search for "-1 to reactions in town" with or without quotes (which don't seem to matter) and he didn't use "sawtooth" in the quote. It was written before Treasures 1.

I posted in that thread, quoting him IIRC.

Got a game today and I can't get bogged down continuously searching for it.
