Default Just for fun , how would you stat Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine?

Just for fun , how would you stat Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine? Please indicate if you are using 3rd edition or 4th edition rules

GURPS High-Tech (4e) page 20. A mechanical computer is complexity -5, so a Complexity 1 mechanical computer is 4,000 lbs and $1,000,0000. Thus, the statting has already been done for you :)
