Default Triplanetary -- three questions

Hi, got the new Triplanetary and have three questions:

1) the red, white and blue counters have a printing error, the corsairs are 2-20 instead of 4-20. Is SJG releasing corrected counters and if so how do I get them?

2) A question about trade cycles, from the Pirates and Campaign games. Does each ship have its own individual cycle, or does each player have one cycle for all of his or her ships collectively?

3) Some of the scenarios don't state whether you can start with or resupply with mines, torpedoes and nukes. Specifically:

Escape (pp. 9-10) can the Enforcers use nukes?

Lateral 7 (p. 10) can anyone resupply? Can anyone use nukes?

Piracy (p. 10): Does any ship start with mines, torpedoes or nukes? Can any ship resupply with mines, torpedoes or nukes? Also can the pirates refuel and resupply at any base, or just at Clandestine?

Nova (p. 11): Do Eastbloc and Westbloc ships ship start with mines, torpedoes or nukes? Can Eastbloc and Westbloc ships resupply with mines, torpedoes or nukes?

Retribution (pp. 11-12): Do Enforcers start with mines or torpedoes? Can anyone use nukes?

Fleet mutiny (p. 12): Does any ship start with mines, torpedoes or nukes? Can any ship resupply with mines, torpedoes or nukes?

Campaign (pp. 13-15): do any ships start with mines and torpedoes?

Thank you to anyone who can help.
