Munchkin Quest 3, What Has Become Of Thee?

I have owned Munchkin Quest and it's expansions for about 3 weeks and am wondering what happened to MQ3. I know it was announced, and maybe even tested to a select lucky few. The game is so great, so what happened to this expansion?

I am really looking forward to any sort of expansion to this. I also have a few ideas if they are wanted.

Many of us have been wondering if it will ever actually come out. Andrew said it got pushed back indefinitely due to it not being as popular as they had hoped. There's another thread here http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=100079 about that.
