Does anyone know is there'll be some kind of addition to the RPG so players can be rangers as well?

The idea has crossed my mind. It's just a matter of finding time to sit and write it -- and then finding out if SJ (and probably Thomas) want to publish it.

There are plenty of new cards from Blender, Dice, and Steed that could be pillaged as well.

I thought there was a Monster Manual II for Munchkin? I couldn't find any information on the SJG website.

Is the Munchkin PHB out of print?

That's because it's 2.5, not 2. We made lots of "new editiion" jokes in that one.
