Default [Spaceships] Artificial Gravity and Gravitic Compensators

Do you pay for artificial gravity and gravitic compensators individually on their table, or does the cost refer to both? For example, would a combination of artificial gravity and gravitic compensators on an SM+8 ship cost $1M or $2M?

I pay for them separately, given that they do different things.
