Court ruling obliges a church to perform prayers as part of a compensation of an unpaid debt (by mutual agreement, it seems).

For those who have always wanted to play music to their babies while they're still in the womb. Why did this need to be a thing?
Actually that's kind of cute in a weird sort of way. I wonder how the baby likes it?

Effectively random loud noises to a partially formed brain not evolved for anything of the sort is very unlikely to be pleasant.

Have you ever wondered how characters in spy thrillers are always surrounded by tall, handsome, athletic people? The Chinese have found a solution.

I once (about 20-25 years ago) attended a large banquet (around 500 people in a huge room) hosted by the Sichuan Foreign Affairs Office and was struck by how all of the people working for the office seemed to be tall, slim, handsome / beautiful, speak good English, etc. I asked somebody who worked for the office how this could be so, and he told me flat out that those attributes were all written into the job description. You had to be at least 5'6" and good looking or you would not be hired by the Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province.
Perhaps they and the British could make a treaty to ensure that any British agents in Sichuan meet the proper standards?

Let's hope they don't hit any unforseeable stumbling blocks like gene therapy did with allergies. Or embolisms, strokes, or vein collapse.
