Giving points for that is pure munchkin bait, if you ask me.
Thanks for blowing off the question.

Try this:

Believes in the sanctity of life and respects it even when difficult or almost impossible to do so, but doesn't have emotional baggage when 'forced' to violate life for the Greater Good (ie, kill 1 to save 1+).

That would be a vow or a component of a Code.

Yes... and what would that component cost? Since the only difference between this version and the base version is the baked in emotional baggage... which then also conveniently gives a decent measure of "how much would it cost to add an emotional baggage component to other Disads".

One of the things that annoys the crap out of me about some disads are the way multiple facets get baked together with no real easy way to unbake them.

I was fairly sure 'Cannot harm innocents' meant you couldn't willfully kill them, period. Not 'except in the in the name of the greater good'

If the Death Star has innocent civilian hostages or such on it, then no blowing up the Death Star even to solve Alderaan

The 'emotional baggage' is if you accidentally kill the innocents 'oh, when you blew up the Death Star, which you thought was only full of Imperials, it turns out there was also an Alderaanian Princess and a farm boy from Tatooine on board, which you later learned about'

Less than five points since it could be part of a five point Code.
