Insufficient data in the novels to work them into games properly. Emulating Mr Nutt as in the book would make them grossly powerful, while the general hint is that most orcs in Uberwald are downtrodden and either hunted or enslaved, and not realising their (scary) potential at all. I couldn't work out how to handle them here.
