Hello Armin,

I don't know if I am doing something wrong with the program loading of data files, but I put the entire data files data for Quintessence into a new file and loaded it and restarted the program. However, no matter what I do it doesn't show up on the attributes list in table view nor normal view.

Do you have any advice on what I may be doing wrong?

Edit:

Sorry for wasting your time. I figured out. I had to re-synchronize attributes. I hope what I figured out helps anyone else who may have the same issue.

This brings up a good point that a lot of people miss. Existing characters contain almost everything they need within the character itself--this is so that the character can be worked on even if files are missing, such as on a different machine or with a third-party tool.

That means that if you make a change to something fundamental in the data files, such as adding new attributes, it will only affect newly created characters automatically (because they get that data when they are initialized). In order to affect existing characters you will have to do a resync in order to bring those changes into those existing characters.

Anyway, I'm glad you got it working.
