links, doors and locks
I'm a bit confused on how exactly links work.
I know a normal passageway with movement costs, you pay the movement costs. A key means locked, an eye means hidden. You can't move through a wall obviously, you have to be able to see a hidden door to move through it. However how does a regular door vs a passageway vs a locked door affect normal player movement? |

Not sure what you mean by having to "see a hidden door". If you mean have some sort of special ability by a card or something similar, than no that's not true. You just need to pay the movement cost to go through it, which is 3. The reason for the different types of doorways is to govern what cards and abilities effect them. For example the thief can move through locked doors for only 1 movement. Of course this might change in a future expansion. |

Personally, I just don't understand the difference between "door" and "open passage"

Re: links, doors and locks
Doesn't really have an impact on player movement, but some monsters can't move through doors.
