Default What do you do when you run out of room tiles?

Howdy--

In the last game I played, we actually explored the entire dungeon and only one player was level 10 (due to continuous screwage from the other players). How would you continue this game, since you may only go to level 10 from a combat? We enacted a temporary house rule that said you could use a movement in a searchable room and get a monster automatically, but the rules are somewhat scarce on this eventuality... ideas?

Thanks!

peace

Automatic Monsters
If you run out of rooms, then each time you enter en empty room you may draw a monster card.
