So ... FP armor isnt really neceesary ... a fire extinguisher and decent top and underbody armor would probably be ok.

Doesn't sound that much different from a standard Div 5 duel ... with the exception of the Lava "You Die If you are here" Zone.

i kinda view it as....the lava pit kills all period. so the only risk of fire is a fire weapon. Given this is a D.5, traditional armament is going to be hard to mount and make weight with any protection, so the non-traditional weapons could be expected (ie: not big guns.) if anyone wishes to carry any protection as well. I sent mine in already. It's a learning event for me :)

Just a suggestion: Would it be possible for the designs to be put up on the site after the event is over, with hte permission of hte duellist/designer, of course.

I give hte permission for mine, as long as it's credited to me as designer and Metropolitan Motors as manufacturer. :-)

I have sent out about 5 Madhat sheets to people, I have gotten 1 back so far. I do expect to have a few more with in the next few days.

If all goes well, I am hoping to be starting by next Monday or middle of next week. (so anywhere after the next 7-10 days)

Well... shotgun jolly ... I just emailed you my design for the "The Angry Chihuahua" .... its painted banana yellow with lime green racing stripes, chrome accents, and a paper mache head of a chihuahua duct taped to the hood.

Silliness reigns supreme.

Just an update, I know have 4 confirmed players.. I am holding off until monday of next week. before I start.. Friday, Oct 12th will be the last day to apply to the duel.

Just an update, so far there is still only 4 confirmed players.. I had plenty of people say they were, but only 4 so far.

Anyways, tomorrow will be the last day for entries.. I will have some info posted up here, with links to my website with details and instructions. And by Monday, the game should commence.
