Using the Strongbow perk

How do I use the Strongbow perk in GCA correctly to get the damage bonus as described in MA?

Currently there's no automatic way of applying the extra ST. You need to Edit the individual Bows and change their Damage Based On to be ST:Striking ST + 1 or ST:Striking ST + 2 as appropriate. Fortunately, Damage Based On is now available in the Simple Edit window.

Currently you will have to go into the Advanced Edit window and change the RangeHalfDam and RangeMax to include the increased strength.

In the future DamageBasedOn should also affect the range of Muscle Powered Ranged Weapons, since whatever "Striking ST" you're using should also affect Range calculations. That it doesn't affect range is currently considered a bug.

Sorry, but I cannot find that "Damage Based On" :(

Click on the bow in question. Click on the Edit button. The Simple Edit window will pop up. At the bottom of the window is the Ranged Weapons attack block, with the attack table info for the bow. The line above that is the "Damage Based On:" field, which is probably set to <default>. You can change that.
