Was there a rule change?
I stopped "GURPSing" for a year or two and haven't kept up.
When I opened the GCA and made a character, relative levels are now Attribute/2 + a number Did I load a bamboozle or is that a new or alternate rule that I missed during my sabbatical?* *More like Sabbat-ical, amiright? White wolf players? Eh?

I would guess that an optional rule that been accidentally turned on, possibly 'By Default' from Pyramid 3/65.

You're loading a data file that's making that change, most likely Pyramid 3-65 - Half-Stat Defaults.gdf.
