Default Meet (another) Huscarl

It gives me great pride to introduce my take on the PanEuropean Huscarl. A year in the making, across so many prototypes [sculpted in Poster Putty / Blue Tac] I've lost count...the goal was to make a cybertank that looks like the "Missing Link" between Mk.V and Fencer, while keeping the signature "Lack of tower" that defines the unit. I think it came out pretty good, and look forward to the last one that rolls off the assembly line because by then my hands will be steadier, working faster, and leaving fewer fingerprints in the putty.

My one lament is that the pictures themselves hide a lot of the details, making things look like they've run together...hence a bunch of 'different angle' shots. It'll look better once there's paint on it and the shiny putty can't all blur together visually, I'm sure.

A huge thank you to ColBosch, who has known about this little project since May of last year, has been an invaluable resource as a second/impartial set of eyes, and was kind enough to not spoil the surprise.

Interesting! I like the 'pod' on the rear deck that matches the ones on a Fencer ....

Getting that right was most of the year's efforts...the first one was big and doughy, with the ball way above the top of the ridge. Some had straight edges, others were really angular, before sitting down one night with a lot of reference photos of motorcycle gas tanks.
