When you're not a mage, when else do you need to regenerate FP so badly? Mages (and other characters with powers that cost heavy amounts of FP) are the target consumers for fatigue Regeneration. It's worth the cost for them, and they're the only ones who really need to buy it. Anyone else should just take Very Fit.

Weird. Then why isn't the price of IT:DR dependent on the number of HP? Or price of high/low DX dependent on the number of DX-based skills?
