That depends whether you are talking crunch or fluff. You can most certainly _say_ that everyone is nauseated (fluff). The ones who make a resistance roll are merely the ones who are not significantly impaired by the nagging sensation that they want to puke.

Setting switch. If malediction is not available, "A" is the only way.
Way too expensive, but that is another problem.

If Malediction-Proof DR exists in the setting (which it should, if Maledictions are overly common), "A" looks a bit more attractive.
